Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of whaledonewash.com and any bin cleaning or pressure washing service you book with Whale Done Wash ("Whale Done Wash," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book service with us.

Our services

We provide curbside trash and recycling bin cleaning, and pressure/soft washing for driveways, siding, decks, roofs and similar surfaces, on Oak Island, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Southport, Shallotte, Supply and Bolivia, NC. Service plans, pricing and what's included are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time; we'll always confirm your price before your first visit.

Booking & scheduling

"Get Started" hands you off to our client hub, hosted by our scheduling and invoicing partner, Jobber. You're responsible for giving us accurate contact and address information there so we can find your bins and confirm your service day.

Plan minimums

Recurring bin cleaning plans carry a minimum term: three months on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans, and six months on quarterly plans. One-time cleanings have no minimum. Once your minimum is met you can change your schedule or cancel by calling, emailing, or updating your account in the client hub — we just ask for reasonable notice before your next scheduled visit so we can adjust the route.

Pricing & payment

Bin cleaning plans are billed on the cadence shown at checkout (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or one-time). Recurring plans can instead be paid a year in advance for 10% off; a prepaid year covers twelve months of service from your first visit. Pressure washing is quoted per property before work begins. Payment is collected through Jobber's invoicing and payment processing; by paying an invoice you agree to Jobber's own terms for that transaction in addition to these.

Access to your property

For bin service, leave your bins accessible on your scheduled day — at the curb or up by the house, either works. For pressure washing, you're responsible for making sure the work area is reasonably clear (vehicles moved, pets and children kept away from the equipment) and for telling us about anything fragile or easily damaged nearby. We'll always match the method — pressure or soft wash — to the surface, but we can't be responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or failing surfaces, or items left in the work area.

Text messaging terms

If you provide a mobile number to us or through the Jobber client hub, you may receive text messages about your service — reminders, confirmations, and occasional updates — as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Limitation of liability

We carry out cleaning and pressure washing using methods matched to the surface being cleaned, but as with any exterior cleaning, we can't guarantee against pre-existing wear, damage, or the natural condition of aged surfaces, paint, sealants, or fixtures. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

The text, images and design of this site belong to Whale Done Wash and are provided for informational use. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Third-party services

Booking, invoicing and payment run through Jobber, a third-party platform we don't control. Your use of the Jobber client hub is also subject to Jobber's own terms of service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as our services change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the update.
