This Privacy Policy explains what information Whale Done Wash ("Whale Done Wash," "we," "us") collects when you use whaledonewash.com or book a cleaning or pressure washing service with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a small, local service business — we collect only what we need to schedule and provide your service.

Information we collect

• Information you give us directly — your name, service address, phone number, email address, and details about the services you request, whether you tell us over the phone, by email, or through our online booking form.
• Information collected through Jobber — when you hit "Get Started," you're taken to our client hub, which is hosted and operated by Jobber, our scheduling and invoicing provider. Jobber collects the information you enter there (contact details, service address, and payment information for billing) on our behalf. Jobber's own privacy policy governs how it handles that data.
• Basic website data — standard technical information (like browser type and pages viewed) that our web host's server logs collect automatically. We don't run advertising trackers or sell this data.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Schedule, confirm, and provide the bin cleaning or pressure washing service you request;
• Send appointment reminders, service-day updates, and invoices;
• Respond to questions and provide customer support; and
• Keep basic business records for accounting and legal purposes.

We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Text messaging (SMS) communications

With your consent, we use text messages to let you know about upcoming service, remind you the day before a visit, and confirm when we've finished — and, occasionally, to share seasonal offers or account updates.

• Consent. By giving us your mobile number — whether through our booking form, over the phone, or through the Jobber client hub — you agree to receive text messages from Whale Done Wash related to your service. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any service.
• Message frequency varies depending on how often you're scheduled with us (for example, around your service date and any reminders).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation text, and we won't send any more unless you ask us to and opt back in.

• No sharing for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It's used only to deliver the service communications described above, through our messaging and scheduling providers.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run Whale Done Wash — principally Jobber, for scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, and appointment texts — and our SMS/voice provider, for delivering the text messages and calls described above. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we only disclose it beyond that if the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.

Sharing of Personal Information

Whale Done Wash LLC will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.

Cookies and website data

This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to serve the font files. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

Data retention and security

We keep service and billing records for as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No online system is perfectly secure, but we don't ask for or store full payment card details ourselves — that's handled by Jobber's payment processor.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP), ask us to stop calling or emailing you, or ask what information we have on file — just reach out using the contact details below.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults arranging home services, and this site is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
