Services

Everything the salt air ruins, handled

Coastal homes get dirty faster than anywhere else. We come to you on a schedule and keep the parts people actually notice looking sharp.

Trash & Recycling Bin Cleaning

Inside and out with 190°F water at high pressure, then sanitized, disinfected and deodorized. Don't let the smell of last month's trash be the first thing anyone notices at your house.

Weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly or one-time

Trash Bin Rollout

We roll your bins out to the curb before pickup so the trash never gets missed, and your guests never have to think about it. The town brings them back up to the house after.

Holden Beach only

Driveways, Walkways & Sidewalks

Surface-cleaned concrete and pavers, with the tire marks, mildew streaks and salt haze taken back down to the real color.

One-time or seasonal

House, Siding & Roof Soft Washing

A low-pressure soft wash that lifts salt spray, pollen and mildew off siding, and clears the black algae streaks off shingles without a pressure wand ever touching your roof.

Recommended once a year

Decks, Porches & Outdoor Showers

The spots that take the most abuse on a beach house, brought back before the season starts or right after it ends.

Great before guest season

Golf Cart Washing & Detailing

While we're at the house we'll wash the salt off your cart and detail the seats, so the thing you drive every day looks like the house does.

How it works

However we help, you barely lift a finger

Bin cleaning

  1. Step 1

    Pick your schedule

Weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or a single one-time visit — then tell us about any pressure washing you want handled while we're out.

  2. Step 2

Leave them where we can reach them

Curb or up by the house, either one works — we just need to be able to get to them. You don't need to be home, and you don't need to rinse anything first.

  3. Step 3

    We sanitize, disinfect, deodorize

Our truck cleans them on site with 190°F water, then we sanitize, deodorize and haul every drop of the dirty water away with us.

  4. Step 4

    Come home to clean

Bins go back where we found them, dry and fresh, and you get a text letting you know we've been by.

Bin rollout

  1. Step 1

Sign up your Holden Beach address

$40 a month or $400 for the year, with a three-month minimum. Rollout runs on Holden Beach only.

  2. Step 2

We roll them to the curb

Before pickup, we get your bins out to the street so the trash never gets missed, and your guests never have to.

  3. Step 3

    The town brings them back

Holden Beach's own service returns the bins to the house after pickup, so there's nothing left for you or your guests to do.

Pressure washing

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what needs washing

Driveway, siding, deck, roof, golf cart — send the address and what you have in mind. Photos help, but they aren't required.

  2. Step 2

    We look and quote it

Square footage and surface type set the number, so we look at the property before we price it. You get a firm quote up front, in writing.

  3. Step 3

    We book the date

Approve the quote and we'll schedule around your calendar — guest turnovers included — and confirm by text before we head out.

Who we serve

Whether you live here or rent it out

Same crew, same coast, three slightly different jobs. Tell us which one you are and we'll build the schedule around it.

  • Year-round residents

Bins handled on a standing schedule, and the driveway and siding washed before the pollen and salt get comfortable.

  • Second-home & rental owners

We service the house whether or not you're in town, and we time washes so nothing overlaps a guest stay.

  • Property managers

Multiple addresses on one invoice, from a crew already working these beaches and towns every week.

Why choose us

Run like a neighbor, not a franchise

  • Local & family-owned

North Carolina is home. You're hiring the people who actually show up at your curb.

  • Flat, upfront pricing

You know the price per cleaning before we ever pull up, and every wash is quoted in writing first.

  • Eco-friendly by design

Wash water is captured in our tank and disposed of properly — never left in the storm drain.

  • Actually sanitized

190°F water plus a sanitizing rinse kills what causes the smell, instead of just rinsing it around.

  • Right pressure, right surface

Concrete gets a surface cleaner. Siding and roofs get a soft wash. Nothing gets etched or stripped.

  • A real person answers

Call someone who lives here and works these beaches, not a call center three states away.

FAQ

The questions we get every week

Do I need to be home for service?

No. Leave your bins somewhere we can get to them on your service day and we'll handle the rest, then put them back where we found them. You'll get a text when we're done.

Where do my bins need to be?

Wherever we can reach them. Still sitting at the curb, already rolled back up beside the house — both are fine. All we need is to be able to get to them, and we'll put them back where we found them. We text a reminder the day before either way.

What if there's still trash in the bin?

A few bags is no problem — we'll lift them out, clean the bin, and put them right back in when it's done. If the bin is still full when we get there, we'll leave it rather than half-clean it and catch it on our next trip through your street.

What happens to the dirty water?

It's captured in a tank on the truck and disposed of properly off site. Nothing runs down your driveway into the street or the storm drain, which matters a lot more when the marsh is two blocks away.

Is pressure washing safe for my siding and roof?

We match the method to the surface. Concrete and pavers get a proper surface cleaner at high pressure. Siding, roofs and painted wood get a low-pressure soft wash where the cleaning solution does the work, not the water.

Can you work around guest turnovers?

Yes. Tell us your changeover day and we'll schedule around it. Property managers can put multiple addresses on a single invoice and get one point of contact for all of them.

How do I get started?

Hit Get Started and tell us your address and what you'd like handled, or call 910-310-5550 if you'd rather talk it through. Either way we'll confirm your service day and your price before anything happens.

Ready for the cleanest bins in North Carolina?

Tell us your address and we'll get you on the route. Sanitized, disinfected, deodorized, and hauled away clean — every visit.
